My passion for sleep dentistry comes from personal experience. One of my colleagues suffered from sleep apnea. I remember talking to him and telling him that he needed to get treated for his symptoms. He never ended up seeking treatment. Tragically, a short time later, he passed away due to complications from sleep apnea. I never want this to happen to another person.
It’s absolutely vital for patients with sleep apnea to get a sleep study. My mission is to help as many people as I can, and my goal is to equip them with the tools they need to overcome their sleep apnea. I have extensive training in treating sleep apnea and have been a dentist for over 47 years. I’m a founding member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health and have 81 hours of sleep residency at Tufts University.
Certifications

I received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Saint Louis University and served as a faculty lecturer at Tufts University School of Dentistry for ten years. I am a past president of the American Society for Preventative Dentistry of Massachusetts and a member of both the American Dental Association and the North Shore Dental Association of Massachusetts. For me, being a dentist isn’t just a job, it’s how I live my life.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my family. I have three lovely daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy biking, golfing, and playing tennis. I have always felt a connection with the ocean and love spending time at the beach, fishing, and boating.
If you have sleep apnea and have a hard time using CPAP, remember that there are other solutions. CPAP is not your only option. In fact, there are more comfortable and convenient options available. Finding the right solution could save your life. Why wait?
